Whether you are a solo practitioner, belong to a small or large group practice or are employed by a hospital or other medical facility you benefit from the efforts of the Orthopaedic Society of Oklahoma.

The Orthopaedic Society of Oklahoma serves as your voice in the Oklahoma State Legislature by working with the Oklahoma State Medical Association on issues of importance to the practice of orthopaedics.

The Orthopaedic Society of Oklahoma is the liaison to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery for important legislation in Washington that has an impact on your ability to better serve your patients.

The annual meeting offers orthopaedic surgeons the opportunity to participate in educational programs on clinical and practice management issues while earning Category 1 CME Credits.

Educational opportunities are provided to members to help promote the specialty of orthopaedic surgery to the general public.

The Orthopaedic Society of Oklahoma assists members in understanding regulatory issues such as worker’s compensation reform, medical malpractice and expansion of scope of practice.
